Assessment
Two parts · 6 minutes · No pitch

You spent years becoming valuable to someone else.

Your judgment, your frameworks, your relationships, and your best problem solving are real assets. The question is whose balance sheet they sit on.

This assessment tells you two things. First, whether you are actually positioned to build something you own right now. Second, which kind of owner you are becoming, and what has to get built first.

10
Alignment questions. Scored. Some answers end the process.
10
Diagnostic questions that identify your owner profile.
1
Honest verdict, including the one you may not want.
Before you start

This is an alignment conversation, not a sales page. The goal is to understand what you are trying to build, what has prevented you from building it, and whether this process is the right fit. It may determine that it is not, and you should feel free to reach the same conclusion.

  • Answer as you actually are, not as you intend to be.
  • There are answers that stop the assessment. That is the point.
  • Nothing is asked of you until the end, and the consultation is free.

Turn what you know into what you own.

Question 01

Assessment complete · Not yet

The problem is real.
The timing is not.

Thank you for answering honestly. Based on your responses, you are describing a problem this work is built to solve. What is missing right now is the readiness required to use it.

Placing you into an implementation program you cannot currently execute would cost you money and cost you confidence. Neither is acceptable, so the honest answer is not yet.

What specifically got in the way
What to do between now and then

Pick one problem you have solved more than three times for other people. Write down how you solved it in a single page. Show that page to three people who have the same problem and ask what they would pay to have it solved. That single exercise resolves most of what stands between you and a real starting point.

When protected weekly time and present capacity are in place, take this assessment again. The result will change.

    Assessment complete · Not aligned

    This is not
    the right fit.

Thank you for the time and for answering directly. Based on what you are looking for, this is not the right place for it, and it would be dishonest to move you forward toward a consultation.

    Where the mismatch sits

Knowledge Equity Institute is an implementation institution. Clients build assets they own: a defined audience, one valuable problem, a premium offer, a named framework, authority positioning, and the systems underneath them. That requires selling, visibility, deadlines, market conversations, and personal ownership of the outcome.

There is no guaranteed income, no done-for-you business, and no version of this that works without your effort. If that is what you are looking for, someone will sell it to you. It will not be us.

If your situation or your expectations change, you are welcome to come back. Genuinely, good luck with what you build.

      Part one cleared

      confirmed.

      Part two · The diagnostic

Ten questions that identify which of four owner profiles you are building from, how dependent your income currently is on your personal labor, and which asset has to get built first. This is the part that produces your recommendation.

      Question 01

      Assessment complete

      Your profile
      is ready.

Twenty answers have been scored against the alignment standard and the four owner profiles. Your result names your profile, your current income dependency, the first asset you should build, and the honest reason you have not built it yet.

One page. Written for your answers, not a category average.
